NORDUnet is happy to congratulate Gitte Kudsk, CEO of Danish NREN DeiC and Chair of the NORDUnet board of Directors, on her 25-year anniversary.
She is a valued leader, collaborator, and contributor in the Nordic NREN community. From the very beginning of her time at DeiC (then UNI-C) Gitte has been a highly regarded partner to NORDUnet and our activities; all from helping organise the NORDUnet conferences to leading communications efforts for the NORDUnet community and representing us in European collaborations.
More than anything, Gitte is a communicator and a community builder, putting collaborations and the collective of NRENs first. She balances national interests with those of the Nordic and European communities, aligning the needs of members and stakeholders, as a CEO, as Chair of the NORDUnet board, in Nordic collaborations such as NeiC, and also privately as a leader in the Danish scout movement.
We look forward to the continued development of the Nordic NREN collaboration under her leadership, and would like to take the opportunity to thank Gitte for her dedication to our community.
